SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner is a specially formulated foaming cleaner that is designed to gently clean delicate alcantara surfaces. Alcantara is a composite material that is designed to give the luxurious look and feel of suede at a fraction of the cost. Often found in sports cars and high end luxury cars, alcantara has always been a difficult material to clean – until now! SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner is a result of German engineering at its finest!
SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner is a multi-purpose cleaner that can be used to clean a variety of different textiles, including:

Not only does SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner remove stubborn stains from difficult to clean alcantara surfaces,
it works to eliminate odor-causing molecules as well.
SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner removes stubborn cigarette and animal odor from carpet and upholstery, leaving a fresh scent.
SONAX Upholstery & Alcantara Cleaner is incredibly easy to use.
Simply spray dirty areas and gently rub with a damp sponge. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rub again with a damp sponge or cloth, and let dry. Afterwards, vacuum or brush. Repeat application for stubborn stains or foul odors.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) normally ship the same day. Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped we will send your tracking number to the email address provided.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days in new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, request a return through the eBay Return Center to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately for return/exchange information.
Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.
Covercraft: Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on the following car cover fabrics: Form Fit, WeatherShield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Sunbrella. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items, including ready-fit car covers, Canine Covers, pet products, and Seat Gloves.
Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.
Garage Mats: Per the manufacturers, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned garage flooring/mats. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged on all returned Tornador Car Cleaning Tools.
Hot water extractors are non-returnable.
